We were supposed to have our first field trip yesterday to go apple-picking. Unfortunately, it was raining cats and dogs all morning, so we ended up cancelling at the last minute. Darn!
Have you taken a field trip with your Girl Scouts? How did it go?
we don't have a field trip scheduled yet, but we do have our local power company scheduled to come talk to the girls at our next meeting as we try to "power" through (hahahahahaha)the Get Moving journey. ;) Supposedly she is going to bring some sort of lightbulb experiment thingy, so I hope the girls have fun and don't feel like it's too much like a lecture!
